Family Lens provides studio and on-location product photography in senak'i, subject to pre-session planning, product review, and confirmation of the agreed scope. The final service scope may depend on product count, views requested, styling needs, and the approved shot list.

Scope / use

Quotes and Payment

Quotes are based on the agreed product count, views, styling, and retouching scope. Payment methods may include card or bank transfer, and any booking or production work may be conditioned on receipt of payment or other confirmation agreed in advance.

Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for providing accurate product information, reference material, and a clear shot list where required. Any location decision, sample setup review, and production plan will be confirmed during pre-session planning, and changes outside the approved scope may require a revised quote.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, layout, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Family Lens unless stated otherwise. No rights are transferred by viewing the website, and any use of delivered images is limited to the license or permission agreed for the specific project.

Photography services involve creative judgment and technical limits, and results may vary from reference material or prior productions. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Georgia, and any dispute should first be raised with Family Lens in good faith. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be handled by the competent courts or other lawful forum in Georgia.
